Who we are
This website belongs to North & Neat Cleaning Services, a domestic cleaning business in Old Trafford, Manchester. We decide how the details you send us are used. To ask about your details, use the form on this site or call 07412 891064.
What we collect, and why
When you send us a message. The contact form asks for your name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, postcode, a preferred date, the size of your home, whether you have pets, the type of clean and a message. We use them to reply to you and, if you ask, to arrange a clean: that is a step you have asked us to take before a booking. For a general question, we rely on our legitimate interest in answering you.
When you book. Bookings are made on our booking page, run for us by Solovi. What it collects and how it is used is set out in the booking page's privacy notice.
When you browse. This website sets no cookies and shows no adverts. Solovi, who runs it for us, counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records the page you view, the site you came from and your type of browser and device, without cookies and without identifying you. The fonts are served from this website, not from a third party. Our host, Cloudflare, also processes your device's IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
Who handles it for us
Solovi (solovi.co.uk) provides this website, the booking page and the system that sends your message to us by email; its email provider is Resend. Cloudflare hosts the website and counts visits. They act on our instructions and may not use your details for anything else. Cloudflare and Resend may handle your details outside the UK, with the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep a message only as long as we need it to answer you and to deal with any booking that follows, and then delete it. Solovi keeps a short record that a message was sent (your name and the date).
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
